REFUND POLICY

QRaze Refund, Cancellation and Consumer Rights Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

About this policy

This policy applies to consumers who purchase QRaze services or cards. It operates alongside the QRaze Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice.

QRaze is operated by Jack Carter, a sole trader trading as QRaze.

Address:
Unit 1, 44A Dudley Road
Eastbourne
BN22 8HE

Email: admin@qraze.co.uk

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

1. Your legal rights

QRaze services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. If a service does not meet its legal requirements, you may have rights to ask us to repeat the service or provide an appropriate price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose. If a card is faulty or does not match the agreed design, you may have rights to a repair, replacement or refund under consumer law.

2. QRaze Pro subscription cancellation

QRaze Pro currently costs £14.99 per month, renews monthly until cancelled, and has no setup fee or free trial. The checkout shows the price and payment details before purchase. QRaze is not currently VAT registered.

To stop future renewals, sign in to your QRaze member account, open My Subscriptions, select QRaze Pro, choose Cancel Subscription, and confirm. If you cannot access the cancellation option, email admin@qraze.co.uk with a clear request to cancel.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically refund payments for a period already supplied, except where you have a statutory right to a refund.

3. The 14-day cancellation period for services

When you buy a service online as a consumer, you will generally have 14 days from the day the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason.

If you expressly ask us to start providing the service during those 14 days and then cancel within that period, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to cancellation, where the law permits. If the service is fully performed during that period, your cancellation right may end only where you expressly requested early supply and acknowledged that consequence.

A policy page alone does not collect that request or acknowledgement. The relevant agreement must also be obtained in the sign-up process where required. Consumer Contracts Regulations.

4. QRaze card orders

QRaze cards are made using details and designs supplied by the customer. A card that is personalised or made to the customer’s specifications may fall within the legal exception to the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not remove your rights if the card is faulty, damaged or does not match the agreed design.

If you want to cancel a card order, email admin@qraze.co.uk promptly with your order details. We’ll check whether production has started and confirm what cancellation or refund options apply. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

There are currently no delivery charges. After payment has cleared and the design has been approved, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

5. Faulty or incorrect cards

If your card arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from the design you approved, email admin@qraze.co.ukwith your order details and a description of the problem. Please include photographs where useful.

We’ll assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a refund, repair or replacement. We will not charge you for a remedy or necessary return postage where the law requires us to cover those costs.

6. Refunds

Where you are entitled to a refund, we will process it without undue delay and within the period required by law. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

For an eligible online purchase of goods, the usual change-of-mind cancellation period is 14 days from receiving the goods, followed by a further 14 days to return them. This right may not apply to personalised or custom-made goods. Where it does apply, we’ll explain any applicable return costs before purchase. GOV.UK returns guidance.

7. How to contact us

For a cancellation request, refund request, faulty card or complaint, email admin@qraze.co.uk. Include your name and account or order reference, and explain what you’re requesting.

You can cancel a subscription through My Subscriptions in your QRaze account. For other cancellations, a clear email stating that you want to cancel is sufficient where you have a legal cancellation right; you do not have to use a particular form.

8. Model cancellation form

You may use this form where you have a legal right to cancel. Email it to admin@qraze.co.uk. You may also cancel by sending us any other clear statement.
